they hung up on me when i called in.wtf.

skip everything to netball training:D
cheryl is coaching us for these few days again!:DD
i luv her trainings.hehe
ran 1.2km than 1000 skippings.lols
i hate th sch skipping ropes.either dun hav handle or too short.zzz
so all th blisters will come out-.-
than did medicine balls and pair ball work wif alyssa.
and she dropped th medicine ball on my stomach(!!!) xD
than played game.hahas
played shooter and GA..

than went opp to eat dinner.
i think tom yam noodles and oreo ice blend is a nice combo x)
