i just came back from my ahma's hse..
super tired cause i had to walk back..


had to wake up earlier today cause suppose to go to my aunty's hse..
and my uncle was coming to drive us there..
in the end still late -.-


reached my aunty's hse and laze around..
than was dragged down to play table tennis wif my cousins..
and it was super boring lah..
i was only suppose to count the score-.-


than they decided to throw the ping pong balls into the swimming pool!
wtf!


i had to wade in to get it..
damn! i also got scolded..
can't really be bothered anyway..

than went toa payoh to look for slippers(:
but couldnt find anything):

i'm blacker now cause of sentosa and netball training
& exposure to th sun without sunblock
ran two rounds outside for warm up during netball.
than did physical.

went to sentosa with netballers yesterday!!
met jas at kcp bus stop at 8.45
than went to j8 to wait for th rest..
met qinyu and went into th mrt station
than sherylyn & alyssa came..
we were waiting for jiamin
than clarissa,jackie and serena came
so we boarded th train thinking that jiamin is already on th train..
turns out she was still at th platform! l
ols..
she caught up wif us ltr..

reached to vivo city and waited for giant to open
bought chips and drinks.
than took th monorail to sentosa
pretty fast..
it brought us straight to th beach station
but still had to take a bus..

went to splash around in th water
our lunch was chips
hahaha..
than we played monkey and volleyball :DD
than burried jackie in th sand!
i got burried too..
quite fun actually:)

went to shower with th rest at around four..
jaselyn,clarissa and serena left first..
did some stuff in th toilet :X

than quickly changed..
went to walk around vivo city
th stuff at candy empire is very expensive leh..

took mrt back to bishan..a

fk.that stupid sore throat is killing me.
every time swallow saliva oso pain.

match with nanhua today..
they are quite strong lah..
played the 2nd, 3rd and 4th quarter
second and third quater was fine..
but the fourth one sucked.
scoring stats zero%
didnt play aft that..
we lost to them by 6 i think..

had to run six rounds aft the match..
cheryl wanted to train our stamina..

than watched th seniors match..

match with anderson today!
dere was a mix up in th timing?
some ppl were very early some were ltr..
met sherylyn,jiahui and jaselyn at the bus stop..
very worried that i was late mah..
so ask them wait for me:]

reached skool that go shoot abit..
than did warm up..
pair ball with alyssa
than did team ball..
i couldnt catch the ball lah..
dunnoe wad was wrong..

match with anderson started
played the 3rd and 4th quarter as GS
and jassy was th GK!
hahahs
quite fun actually..
and i played slightly better than last time:]
we won the match in the end!

watched the seniors match as well..
they are like them pro lah!
can throw such long passes!


did 1/3 court aft that..
sun so hot..
than weizhen wanted th shooters to shoot in 8 in a row
for every miss shot.
everybody had to either run one lap or 5 star jumps or 5 crunches or 5push-ups..
in th end everybody except the shooters kinda suffered lots..
but than ltr everybody else shoot
than the shooters had to do the crunches and push ups!

my(stupid)sister wanted to buy snacks to eat in th theater..
it was 1050 am! what snacks does she want?
ended up buying some hotdog and went in to the theater late..
apparently our seats were like right in the middle of this ppl
so we had to squeeze our way through if we sat there..
ended up sitting at the back by ourselfs (:

walked around th whole place trying to find a bday present for my cousin..

went back home..

today's netball training is damn tough lah
physical in the sun.
ran 8 rounds for warm up..
it wasnt that bad..
eight rounds is already very good..
better than 12 lah..
than was physical..
50skipping, than 10 cones four of them were the tall ones th other six were slightly shorter not much difference..
than did the feet thingy..
than jump over those metal stuff
and than markers and sprinting..
three sets in the sun..

than was passes and the long pass was terrible..
lobes too..
than did some drills
and defender drills..
than did courtwork!
and had to do that sprint and jog thing..
that was super tiring..

match with anderson on tuesday..
match with another skool on wednesday
i forgot the reporting time for both..

mr lee took maths tuition yesterday.
suppose to be a no handphone no sweets and no jokes class.
all cause ms li took leave to go to china for holiday D:<
but it wasnt that bad as everybody expected..
at least he joked a little but nobody laugh.
very awkward..cause he would joke and we would stare..
& symmetry was hard.really!
some sort of planes and axis..
i'm not looking forward to maths next year.

and odelia is going to LA for the next 2weeks.
grrr..leave me at tuition alone.
as in really alone.
being the only girl at the class really sucks..

yesterday..

went out wif parents to look at sofas.
kinda fun luh.
coz every sofa my sister and i see will go and sit down and kinda bounce on it xP

my sister wanted to go borrow bks frm the very big library.(that stupid bookworm)
ate and homed..

its super lame and dumb.
they were suppose to report the weather.
why do they say it is raining cats & dogs.

than it would be really foul weather.(the person reporting laughs like hell)

received a msg in th morning at 6.57am frm jaselyn
asking me to meet her at the skool bus stop.
i was like wth?!
go so early for what.

than i realised they changed the timing.
apparently i didnt receive the msg abt the timing change.
so did alyssa.
waited for her for quite a long time.
than finally we went off.
game with sports skool at rp.
i played very badly as usual.
i just forget abt all the movements on court and everything.
inthe end.

we all ate the subway hero meal!

netball training at 3 just now..

we were supposed to run 12 rounds only..
but than ended up running 15 rounds cuz we were like complaining..
still managed to clear the whole thing..
did pair ball passes wif alyssa and than did some sort of ball thingy..
we had to keep swapping partners..
haahaha..

than was some sort of defence practise..
and cheryl put me as a defender!
omg. than caroline was the attacker hahaha..
sooo weird!
than cheryl was like "why so ruan? be more aggressive!"
than she said show me ur muscle or smt like that..*jaw drops*

did 1/3 court with a super tiny semi circle..blah..
run 3 rounds for warm down and stretch!

playing against singapore sports skool on monday.. *jaw drops again*

yesterday

went to the hospital to visit my grandma..
she has suspected dengue..
and her blood count was very low
19 i think..
so the Doctor said she must hav complete rest in bed.
cuz if she just gently knock the bed or the table she would hav internal bleeding or a giant bruise.
oh.and he said she could not brush her teeth either.or else her gums would bleed.
but the doctor was very young and cute..lol

so i was standing there watching the blood transfusion. i was nearly freaking out.
i thought they had to poke more needles of something.
but turn out just
errr..connect some more tubes..
but the stuff which was flowing into the tubes was yellow.
so my grandma was rather worried.how come blood not red?

so my (scientific) sister took the explaining..zzz

enchanted is SUPER DUPER NICEE!!!!

TOTALLY LUV THAT MOVIE!! :D
i wna watch that again!! :DD
it is really really really nice!

watched enchanted at j8 wif jiamin before training.
we asked for the back seats and she gave us the last row but it was quite okay.
since it was so early in the morning and no shops were open.
went down to play wif the interactive screen
than went up to arcade.
watched jiamin play hse of the dead.zz
than she bought drinks and went into the cinema..

the first part of the show was cartoon-ish.
basicly it was cartoon.wif lots of songs abt true loves kiss(yuck)
than she kinda got pushed into this waterfall?
and came up into the man hole.lol
than the story goes on.
and finally the good wins and th bad dies.(:

ate at j8 foodcourt aft that and we watched the power rangers performance.
quite dumb.
took bus 88 to skool and tied hair.
took out ball cage and just sat around.
..
did pyramid for warm up.
one two three four three two one:))
it wasnt as bad as last time.
than did foot stuff..
and than we had to carry our partner.
alyssa could carry me but i couldnt carry her.
so embarrassing...
carried jackie in the end..
than did ball handing..
than half way mr ling walked past and say that i looked like weizhen...
lol..i dun think we look alike..
than did some sort of defence thingy.and jumps and had to do skip 1000 times wif the skipping rope.

and i kena whip by the skipping rope!
