netball training @ 9 today
we usually start the warmup run later..
but..mrs ong came exactly at 9
and made us run outside 2 rounds..
actually it wasnt that bad..
i ran with rochelle(:
and i managed to sprint with sherylyn & rochelle at the end!
haha..i feel so happy..
than did sprinting and suicide
my suicide improve! by either one or two seconds..
it used to be around 30,31
but now is 29sec++

than did passes and played some games..
and team ball
and we did the defender thingy again..
but it was fun!
and jackie was damn siao lah
hahah..

and we did 1/3 court..
and my shooting was horrible today..

Tuesday

training on tuesday? i think so..
the sun was so hot lah!
and ran two rounds outside..
after coming back to school i totally felt like vomiting.
maybe cause the break wasn't long enough? the sun too hot? too tired? did not drink enough water?
excuses.and more excuses..
let's just face it..my stamina sucks.and it doesn't seem to be improving at all..
did sprinting and other leg stuff..and i felt worst than before..
did passes with jiajia and i had totally no energy left..
my passes were weak and i couldn't even catch the ball..
did court work after that..
by than not so much sun left..
thanks to the clouds
half way while doing court work..
there was this gas smell..
yeah..was horrible..

Today

woke up at 6.50..yes by my sister
she had to get ready for schooooolll..
and it was kinda raining heavily..
had to rush to the bus stop near amkss by 8.30
haha..1min late run 1 extra round as quoted from weizhen xP
was 15mins early..
and took bus 130 to this place and change bus
haha..15 of us? we really jammed up the whole bus!
and jiajia, sherylyn and i wanted to press the bell at every stop
hahahahah..since the bus was so crowded somebody is sure to alight((:
ended up got one time i press the bell than nobody alight =.=
so we supposedly got to aljunied..
and walked around the whole place before finding the place
but we got our team shoes in the end!

cabbed to j8 with alyssa,sherylyn,jiahui
ate instant noodles from 7-11, 1 pac of fries, and 1 subway coookkkieie!!
met the rest and went to the library to slaack!
went to the basement..
and yes..slack like hell
met weizhen and cheryl @ 2.30 and took bus 156 to ccab..

training for 2hrs than match against TKGS..
and we lost. 22-17

we managed to sneak in..
but jiamin cant
decided to met her later
and we saw caroline!!
ate at kfc..

than went back to kcp..
just on time..
started out with passes
than broke into groups and did highest point and some drills
than we finally played game..
haha..i played GS, GA and GK
haha..so fun..

after training, played captain ball with these guys..
yeah. was quite fun.
and there was no out court..
so we just ran all over the place..
so fun!!
than mr goh say he give us a treat
so we went to the arcade to wait for him..
and he was late
say meet at mcdonals instead..

i totally dunnoe what to blog about today.
i don't feel like blogging abt netball either..

anyway tomorrow is deepavali and i hav to go to my grandmother's house..

and on friday is training with weizhen in the morning
and we have to start treating weizhen with respect yeah?
she has been very nice to us and we kinda take advantage of her and talk and talk?
and after training would most probably head back to primary school
for a friendly captain ball match with the primary six
and mr goh wants us to train the 14 ppl he choose
and from which i heard are mostly from 6G..

okay..yes i noe that they(6G) may be holding some grude against us, umpires, for some unknown reason.but i hope that it would be forgotten okay?
if its regarding the first match against 6E and the fact that you lost and you are unhappy abt it than you really are stupid to keep thinking abt it.
you still won the whole captain ball inter-class tournament.
so why are you people still so unhappy!?

umpiring the captain ball inter house was soo cool!
made some new friends too!
and sad to say, 6G won both the captain ball boys & girls..
6E came in 2nd for the girls of course! they were only short of 2 goals..

anyway..
we(odelia, pamela, jaselyn and me) helped mr goh to clear out the pe room.
when at first he didn't allow us to go in saying that it was a war zone inside..
i don't think any of us actually believed him.
but seriously it was like worst than messy.
the hockey sticks were all over the floor
the sit and reach equiptment was all over the room
and the tennis balls and other stuff were...
never mind, you get what i mean.

had mr goh to treat us to drinks after that.
muahaahh
played captain's ball against mdm tay's class

it was like amazing.
and her class complained it wasnt fair.
