training wasnt too bad.
ran 2 rounds arnd sch for warmup
and didnt do stairs in th end(:
errr. did skipping and passes and team ball i think
and th vision game!
i concentrated too much on th ball instead of th colours
ended w match again
hahas. got splashed w water by jackie at th end of ytds training! xD
but it was fun. chionged aft her just to sprinkle th water in th tumbler!
but it was funnnnnnnnn!
